This privacy policy applies to the use of the website ejj.social.

These data are stored in log files. They are not combined with other data sources.

3. Contact & Strategy Calls

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract/pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent). We delete the data when it is no longer required, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.

4. Web Hosting

Our website is hosted on the server of a service provider (hoster) who provides the infrastructure. The hoster processes technical usage data (see section 2) on our behalf to ensure the security and efficiency of the online offer (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

5. Storage Duration

Personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Longer storage only takes place if required by law (e.g., up to 10 years for tax-related documents). Server log files are generally deleted after 14 days.

As part of our consulting services, we collect data such as names, contact details, and project-related information. We process this data for contract fulfillment (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR) and organizational purposes.
